Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return:

1. Contact us at fingerskatesthlm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return

2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions

3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest shipping point

Conditions:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging

- Original packaging must be included

- If you live in the EU a return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund. If you live outside EU a return fee of 149 kr will be deducted from your refund.

Refund: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved the return, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
